Background
I started in operations at 18 and spent the next seven years figuring out how to make organizations run better — first by optimizing processes, then by automating them, and now by layering AI directly into the systems teams rely on every day.
I work at the intersection of executive support, systems architecture, and AI strategy — which means I understand what teams actually need, not just what looks good in a diagram. I've built automation infrastructure from scratch, deployed AI tools into production, and kept everything running while the org scaled around it.
